In addition to mobility work, we will focus on core exercises, as a strong and flexible core underpins nearly everything you do and empowers your inner champion. The workout starts with a Warmup and Cardio to get everyone moving, followed by Endurance and Coordination drills to build stamina. Core Focus strengthens stability with planks and shoulder taps before the high-energy Burpee Battle, where participants give their all to crown the winner. The session ends with a cool-down and celebration.

Bradley will be taking you through a full body HIIT workout in his signature Get It Done style.
This will consist of a 30 minute bodyweight session to get your cardiovascular fitness in check, whilst carrying out functional movements to improve strength, balance and mobility. Bradley will build on the intensity, starting with a mobility warm up and after you get your sweat on with his interval session, you'll end on an all important stretch.
