Ken Miller, MS, is a Practitioner and Educator in the fitness industry with a special emphasis on athletic performance and “return to play”. For over 25 years Ken has worked in fitness, post-rehabilitation, performance, and education. He has also worked with collegiate, Olympic, and professional athletes in MLB, NFL, and NBA. When he’s not educating trainers in the US and internationally, Ken is working in his personal training studio, Training Station (Alameda, CA) where he trains clients, educates, and mentors other Personal Trainers. Ken holds a master’s degree in exercise science and health promotion, with specialization in performance enhancement and injury prevention. He is also a pain-free movement specialist.
