Our FX Master Trainer, Aileen, will show the major functional movements with our aqua bags. In this class we will focus on Passive Resistance, Active Resistance, Flow and Stability movements. This will be a full body workout from power movements to strength, stability and core. FX Aqua Bag workout uses FX equipment which is an aqua bag filled with water to engage your core and stabilizing muscles in every exercise. Thanks to the movement of the water every repetition you make is different from the next.

TUFF by Fitness First

TUFF class involves a mixture of bodyweight, barbell and plate exercises using the High Intensity Training (HIT). This means that you work out for longer periods, with less recovery time, guaranteeing that you burn 500 to 1000 calories! The class is designed to transform your body and mind, and enables you to increase lean muscle tissue, develop cardiovascular efficiency and burn calories.

Marcelino will be leading a high-intensity fitness class, the "Strong Nation Class," in which participants will experience a dynamic fusion of bodyweight exercises, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves, all synchronized to specially designed music. This energetic class encourages participants to squat, lunge, and burpee to the rhythm, providing an invigorating and effective workout. Attendees can expect to tone their arms, legs, abs, and glutes while burning calories and feeling the burn, all in an engaging and motivating atmosphere. This session will be with Marcelino Gebrayel, CEO and Founder, Euphoria Empire.
