In this 1 hour action packed session, we over view 3 main components that support ‘Functionality’ which covers understanding 3D planes of movement. The implementation of using ‘seven primal movement patterns’ in an exercise format is component 2, in this section we also overview muscle integration by the use of compound movements, and the important role that fascia slings play in functional movement.
