Justin Musgrove

With over 30 years experience within the  European leisure industry, Justin has certainly

had a remarkable career so far.  A creative and strategic thinker, his 20 years overseeing the Leisure and Spa business at Center Parcs, created the perfect journey to join The Bannatyne Group in 2007, in order to develop the company’s new Spa business.  From a standing start, he successfully launched and developed The Bannatyne Spa – the national portfolio of 72 Health Clubs, 50 Spas and 4 Hotels.

His knowledge and understanding of all areas of the business, as well as his commitment,

passion and attitude towards growth, allowed Justin to mastermind the overhaul of Bannatyne Health Clubs, regenerating the gym floors throughout the estate into industry leading spaces – as well as overseeing the M&A of 11 new health clubs.

In 2017, Justin persuaded his Directors, to undertake a 750 mile epic bike

ride from Scotland to The South Coast of England.  Tour de Bannatyne’s charity ride took over 7 days, not only raising over £75,000 for charity but it acted as a focal point for members & employees to witness leadership by example and the strength of the team, both physically and mentally challenging . A feat even more remarkable given that none of the five were cyclists!

In September 2019, Justin joined the largest Health club operator in the Middle East, Leejam Sports company as its CEO. Leejam is a listed Health Club operator since its IPO in 2018, operating 135 Fitness Time Clubs.
