Judging: Athletes will go head-to-head in 5-minute rounds, where athletes will be able to put on sets of 45-seconds. Three judges will then choose a winner from among the two based on their performances.

Bringing together the pole and fitness industry for a day of pure beauty, art and creativity Dubai Pole Cup is the Middle Easts first and only pole competition. With over 40 international and national athletes participating in our 2017 event the Dubai Pole Cup met great success drawing in one of the largest crowds at the Dubai Muscle Show.
Pole the Sport – Pole combines elements of gymnastics, dance and acrobatics requiring a broad skill set and great physical and mental exertion. The athlete has to have tremendous amounts of strength and endurance in order to deadlift, hold and spin the body. A high degree of flexibility is needed to contort, post, demonstrate lines and execute techniques through gravity defying tricks.
The Dubai Pole Cup offers a choice of 5 categories for its athletes.

FITNESS CHALLENGES
Dubai Active Show will be full of exciting and fun challenges for visitors to get involved in and win prizes. Taking place both on exhibitor stands and our Main Stage, visitors can compete against each other in a range tests of fitness, including Kettlebells, Burpees, Pull-ups, Push-Ups, and more. We even have protein cookie competitions for those who can stomach it!
