Dubai is open, safe and successfully back to running events and exhibitions, welcoming visitors and exhibitors from around the world. With stringent measures in place, the last 3 months has seen a variety of events take place at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), with face-to-face meetings and business opportunities back under way after their unfortunate absence.

The resurgence of events over the previous months is just the start, with CityScape, GITEX, Dubai Muscle Classic and Gulfood all getting back to making Dubai a business and leisure hub in the region. Face-to-face meetings, seminars, live demonstrations, workshops and even sporting competitions are being held whilst much of the world is still standing still. Whilst many are planning for events, Dubai is executing them.

The latest research from Messe Frankfurt Middle East found that Dubai is the safest place for international events and exhibitions with respondents suggesting that events will be just as if not more important once normality returns.

Along with innovating ideas of event organisers, the government have also taken a positive approach to the vaccination program with a plan to vaccinate all eligible adults by the end of 2021, and half of this group by the end of March.

Hosted at DWTC on 28-30 October 2021, Dubai Active, Dubai Muscle Show and Dubai Active Industry will take place, collectively the Middle East’s Leading International Fitness Exhibition. With the strict COVID measures that will be implemented by the organisers, venue and government authorities, the event will be the World’s Safest Fitness Exhibition.
