Matt Coe is an innovator and authority in the field of fitness assessment and training the injured/ageing client, with 25 years experience in the fitness sector.
Matt was the personal trainer to the Al Maktoum family for 9 years and the creator of the Dubai CrossFit Championship.
He specialises in educating individuals on the proper use and implementation of popular training tools in a functional training setting.
Having a background in both professional rugby and medicine, whilst also having Honours degrees in both Sports Science and Psychology, Matt has seen both sides of the spectrum when it comes to health and performance.
His goal is to improve the information available to both the fitness trainer and the general population at large, and demystify the jargon so commonly seen in modern day fitness.
Matt is one of the Middle East’s authorities on kettlebells, having travelled the world learning from both the best kettlebell educators and also having trained and learnt from some of the greatest kettlebell athletes of all time.
He has also spent the last 10 years doing a deep dive into corrective exercise in order to create corrective exercise strategies and programmes that are not only rehabilitative, but fun and calorie burning at the same time.
